WARRANTY POLICY​

The exchange policy applies to customers who shop and pay directly at the Ninuda.com website

WARRANTY PERIOD:

Warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (Based on the purchase invoice).

  • Jewelry: 6 months

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

– The product is still within the warranty period.
– Have a valid purchase invoice, with complete information, not torn or patched.

CASE OF WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

– The product does not have a valid purchase invoice.
– The product has expired warranty period.
– Discounted products according to Ninuda’s sales policy.
– Products are scratched or damaged, caused by customers during use
– The product is used incorrectly according to Ninuda’s instructions for use, causing damage.

– Damage caused by insects and animals.
– Force majeure damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes…
– Natural wear and tear during use.

WARRANTY SCOPE:

– Ninuda only warrants products damaged due to manufacturer errors or material defects.
– ProductJewelryWarranty covers defects in material oxidation, loose joints, loose or broken accessory pins.

WARRANTY PROCESS:

  • Step 1: Customers bring the product and valid purchase invoice to the Ninuda store for warranty service
  • Step 2: Ninuda checks the product status and determines the cases covered by the warranty according to the company’s policy.
    – For products within the warranty scope, Ninuda will decide whether to repair, replace or exchange for a new product.
    – For Ninuda products that are no longer in business, if they are within the warranty scope and cannot be repaired, Ninuda will replace them with products of equivalent value.
    – For products that are not within the scope of warranty, customers who need repairs will be charged a repair fee by Ninuda and have the customer’s consent before repairing.
  • Step 3: Ninuda checks the product within 07 (seven) working days and informs the customer of the return time.

Note: If the product does not meet the conditions under the Warranty Policy, the Warranty claim will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. For your convenience, please check the product status before making a warranty claim.
