RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Conditions apply

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Returns and Refunds Policy and forming part of the Terms of Service, Ninuda guarantees the rights of Buyers by allowing the submission of product return requests. and/or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Ninuda provides a complaint resolution service within 14 days at the request of the buyer, to assist the buyer in resolving conflicts that may arise during the transaction process. Shoppers may send an email to info.ninuda@gmail.com to resolve relevant disputes occurring before, during and after receipt of goods.

2. Conditions for returning goods

Buyers can only request an exchange or return and refund in the following cases.
• The buyer paid but did not receive the product.
• Products that are defective or damaged during transportation must have photographic evidence.
• The Seller (Ninuda) delivered the wrong product to the Buyer (eg: wrong size, wrong color, etc.).
• The product received by the Buyer is clearly different from the information provided by the Seller (Ninuda) in the product description.
• Buyers cannot return or cancel orders if the shipping unit has completed customs clearance.

All return and refund requests are subject to careful consideration and consideration of each return and refund request by Buyer and reserves the right to make final determination of such request based on the following policies: set forth above and in accordance with Ninuda's Terms of Service.

* After 10 days from the date of receipt, any return or refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Change your purchasing intention

In case the Buyer changes his/her intention to purchase, this will only be accepted when the shipping unit has not yet cleared the package from the delivery country.

4. Buyer's Rights

Upon receiving a request for return or refund from the Buyer, Ninuda will notify the Buyer via text or email or phone message within the specified time (14 days). After that time, if Ninuda does not receive any response from the Buyer, Ninuda understands that the Buyer fully agrees with Ninuda's request, and automatically refunds the Buyer after receiving proof of The buyer has completed returning the goods to Ninuda.

Ninuda always responds to the Buyer in each case and has full authority to make the final decision regarding the Buyer's request for return or refund.

5. Condition of returned goods

To limit problems arising related to returns, Buyers should note that they need to return the product including all accompanying accessories, invoices, warranty stamps,... if any and the product must be in the same condition as when received. Ninuda encourages Buyers to take photos of the product immediately upon receipt as evidence for future complaints if necessary.

6. Cost of returning goods

I. Cases where return or refund fees are waived
- Before the shipping unit clears customs in the sending country, all orders will not be charged a return fee and will be 100% refunded within 48 hours.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of order time will be refunded within 48 hours
II. Cases of calculating return and refund costs
- If the order has been cleared through customs to the recipient's country or within 14 days, the buyer returns the goods, all return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer and the shipping unit will notify the cost by email to the customer. Ninuda will deduct that cost and service costs related to payment packaging. Once the customer confirms the charges are correct, the refund amount will be refunded to the customer's payment method of purchase within 14 days.

7. Refunds for Returned Goods

Ninuda will only refund the Buyer once Ninuda confirms receipt of the returned Goods. Nina will automatically refund the Buyer in case the Buyer does not respond within the time period specified above.

Depending on the circumstances, refunds will be issued to the buyer's original payment method within 14 days.

8. Communication between seller and buyer

Ninuda encourages Buyers to contact each other to negotiate in advance when any problems arise during the transaction. Buyers should proactively contact Ninuda when there are any problems related to the order.
